2026-2027 Admissions

West Sound Academy is currently accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year. While our priority deadline is February 15, we continue to welcome applications on a rolling basis, and decisions are made as space allows in each grade.

We also accept applications for the current school year, depending on availability. An application is considered complete once all required components have been submitted.

How to Apply

Step 1: Experience Our Campus

Step 2: Create Your Admissions Account

To begin your application, create an account through our admissions portal on Finalsite.

Create your account

This account will allow you to complete your application, track your progress, and access all required forms.

Step 3: Complete the Application in Finalsite

Submit the online application form.

Required components include:

Online application form and $50 application fee

Short, handwritten student response

School records from the past two years (requested by WSA)

Recommendations from the following:

One English teacher

One math teacher

One non-family adult

(You provide the names and emails; we handle the rest.)

Step 4: Fill out Clarity Sliding Scale application (optional)

Your Finalsite dashboard will guide you through each step and show when your checklist is complete.

Notification of Admissions Decision

WSA will notify the family of the admissions decision and, if the student is accepted, issue an electronic enrollment contract. For applicants meeting the priority deadline of February 15, admissions decisions will be sent by March 15.
