Leadership Launch

MORNING JUNE TERM – Leadership Launch was a hands-on experience focused on building relationships, developing leadership skills, and shaping a community where everyone feels a sense of belonging.

Through interactive games, team challenges, and collaborative activities, students developed practical mentoring skills and learned how to create engaging, inclusive experiences for others. The course culminated in a community service project that put these skills into action and reinforced the importance of leadership through service.

Leadership Launch was more than a June Term course; it was the beginning of a yearlong leadership opportunity. Students selected for the program will have the opportunity to continue this work during the school year, making a positive impact on the community, influencing student experience and school culture, and building leadership experience for their résumés and college applications.
