Half-Day
AFTERNOON JUNE TERM – In this half-day class, students learned the art and craft of sewing through hands-on, project-based work. This course was designed for both beginners and those looking to build confidence and introduced sewing machine operation, pattern reading, and essential construction techniques. Students created a series of functional, personalized projects, including a tote bag and a zippered pouch, and had opportunities to extend their learning through creative exploration, including visible mending, decorative stitching, and introductory embroidery.
