Announcing! College destinations & post-graduation plans for the Class of 2022

West Sound Academy seniors came back to campus on May 27 to pick up their caps, gowns, and stoles for the commencement ceremony to be held the next day in Indianola. First, however, these students donned their graduation gear and walked down to the Sports Court to attend their last WSA all-school assembly.  Each soon-to-be graduate made a declaration of their college choice in the fall, or other plans, and then signed the pennant for their chosen college or university, or the appropriate international flag for those traveling abroad.

This class has studied, collaborated, and thrived in remote, hybrid, and in-person school models over the last two years, and has achieved tremendous college success.  The fourteen members of the Class of 2022 have been accepted at 25 four-year colleges and universities in the US and abroad, and have been offered $993,300 in scholarships and grants.
