AFTERNOON JUNE TERM – In this class, students dove into why Studio Ghibli (and especially Hayao Miyazaki) is one of the most influential animation studios/artists of the last century. Led by Stepper McCrery, students watched part of a Studio Ghibli movie each day, and then explored the art style and techniques. They drew characters (and created their own characters) after the iconic Ghibli style.
