Dori Craze

Art has always been a big part of Dori’s life. A box of crayons and 10 cent notepad and she was a happy kid. When her own kids started school she became a docent and fell in love with teaching. What could be better than the smile on the face of a student that realized they could do what they thought was impossible? Like a fresh box of crayons, every child is like a new color. It has been over 30 years and Dori has taught in classrooms, art shows, online, lodges, private homes, and even at her kitchen table. She has had many fantastic mentors and students who shared their tricks with her and more than a few she learned on her own. It has been quite an education in many mediums, disciplines, and styles. Dori’s goal is to create a safe spot and a little encouragement for the next smile to happen.
